The Story of Recycled Fresh Prints:
From a Single Bag of Waste to a Regional Solution
Recycled Fresh Prints wasn’t born in a boardroom; it started with a single bag of my own 3D printing scrap and a refusal to accept that it belonged in a landfill. I knew there had to be a solution, so I built one from the ground up. Today, we have evolved into the only dedicated polymer recovery network in the entire Pacific Northwest, diverting over 400 lbs of plastic through our 180-mile regional loop.
Precision Engineering:
We are more than a print shop; we are a 3D Design & Engineering Studio. As a CADD (Computer-Aided Design and Drafting) professional, my work is rooted in the rigorous standards of ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers). By applying these global industrial standards to every project, I ensure that our custom work isn't just "printed"—it is engineered for precision, structural integrity, and professional-grade performance. This technical foundation is what allows us to bridge the gap between creative concept and mechanical reality.
Closing the Loop: Services & Innovation
We don't just print; we manage the entire lifecycle of the material. Our studio offers professional filament recovery services, manufactures high-end reclaimed products, and is currently developing our own industrial filament extruder to further stabilize the local circular economy.
At Recycled Fresh Prints, we prove that premium manufacturing and environmental responsibility are not just compatible—they are the future. Whether we are engineering a new part from scratch or breathing life into reclaimed polymers, we deliver precision with a purpose.
Our Community & Our Impact What began as a personal passion has evolved into a thriving regional network. We believe in the power of collaboration to create real impact. Our expanding circle includes dedicated partners such as:
Maker Room – Corvallis-Benton County Public Library
Cheldelin Middle School (Corvallis, OR)
FlavorDave3D (Stayton, OR)
TKO 3D Printing (Florence, OR)
West3D Printing (Beaverton)
North Pole 3D Printing (Vancouver, WA)
Twisted Prints 3D and Engraving (Vancouver, WA)
Spanning over 180 miles across the Pacific Northwest, our #WasteToWonder network allows us to reclaim significant amounts of plastic—diverting over 400 lbs from landfills . With every partnership, our collective impact grows, proving that premium quality and sustainability go hand-in-hand.
Partnerships Spotlight
“We love the idea of donating our misprints and wasted materials. While we like putting misprints on display for patrons to see, we ran out of space to display them! Having an opportunity to upcycle these prints would be great. Thank you,” -Sam Sowanick Corvallis-Benton County Public Library “It's a tremendous opportunity for us to partner with Recycled Fresh Prints and contribute to a mission that's saving tons of waste from landfills. We're proud to be a part of it." — Dave, Founder of FlavorDave3D “I am happy to collect donations at West3D Printing, and either direct people your way or let you know when we have a sizeable stash. We get the question pretty frequently.” -Danny McKay / West3D Printing “I Have a shop in Vancouver Washington, and I’d be more than happy to be collecting all my waste and scraps. I open my shop to the public on Tuesdays between 1pm to 7 pm every week, so if you want somewhere close for the Vancouver residents’ id be more than happy to accept their discarded materials.” -Chris/ Twisted Prints 3D & Engraving
