Retail & Standard Orders (B2C)

  • Free Shipping Threshold: All domestic retail orders over $45.00 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $45.00, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee (typically between $2.00–$5.00 depending on the item) to keep your costs predictable.

  • Processing Time: Standard "Museum-Grade" items are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Carriers: We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage and UPS to ensure your prints arrive safely.

Business & Custom Fabrication (B2B)

Because our B2B work often involves high-volume orders, large-scale custom fabrication, or specialized materials, these orders do not fall under our standard retail shipping rates.

  • Custom Shipping Quotes: Shipping costs for B2B contracts are calculated based on order volume, weight, and delivery deadlines.

  • Invoicing: Shipping fees will be detailed on your individual project invoice rather than at a standard checkout.

  • Account Managed Delivery: For large-scale signage or bulk prints, shipping and freight options will be coordinated directly with your account manager.

Damages & Returns

  • Museum-Grade Guarantee: If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can initiate a replacement.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your label is printed.
